In our latest release we are pleased to bring you a helpful feature, to support all our members. Some people find new technology simple, others don't. Given the Military App is designed to support a wide membership we don't want the technology to ever be a barrier to getting involved, and benefiting from the App.

We have released a "remote control" feature. This allows our support team to guide you with through any part of the mobile or web app, in real time and on your screen. Our support team can view your screen, point and describe how to navigate the page, and even draw on your screen to show you where to click.

“I quickly get frustrated with my phone, this made it so easy. With just a few clicks Robin was able to show me on my own screen how to search for new connections. It was like magic - he was drawing on my screen from miles away!”

If you are struggling with any aspect of the App, just let us know (via email or click the “help” button from within the App) and we will set up a time to walk you through whatever you need assistance with.
